Here's my experience with Templifica support https://templifica.com/framer-templates: Response time is usually within 24 hours (sometimes faster), they actually help with real issues (not just 'read the docs' responses), got help with customization questions specific to my use case, they'll troubleshoot setup problems, pretty patient even with basic questions. What they helped me with: figuring out how to change certain animations, fixing a layout issue I created by accident, understanding how to set up CMS collections properly, customizing responsive behavior for mobile. They won't do the work FOR you (like 'build my entire site'), but they'll guide you through how to do things and troubleshoot issues. Each template also comes with video tutorials and documentation which honestly solves 90% of questions. The Framer community is also super helpful - there are Discord groups and forums where people share solutions. Tips for getting good support: be specific about what you're trying to do, include screenshots if something's not working, mention which template you're using, describe what you've already tried. Overall I'd rate the support as above average for template marketplaces. Some places just ghost you after purchase, but Templifica actually follows through.
