Hi there. We want a gender party, not necessarily a big reveal with fireworks, just a nice evening with close friends. My partner is a bit shy and hates being the center of attention, so I need something where the focus is on an activity and not on us. Around ten people. We are in Miami, so indoors preferred. What kind of gender parties have worked for you? Anything calm and creative that is more than just food and drinks? Any places that offer a ready package so I do not need to organize everything?

We did a gender party at Pottery Studio 1, where everyone is busy shaping clay and the reveal is just one moment in the middle. Ten guests felt comfortable, and the instructors keep things moving. Nobody needs experience, the studio is used to first timers. The instructors explain every step, so shy people relax quickly. Ask them about decoration options too, since that is where you add your personal touch. The finished pieces are fired afterwards and make a nice keepsake for the baby shelf. We also had a cake at home afterwards.
