Looking at a used Range Rover Sport – anyone used this inspection site?

I'm seriously considering buying a 2017 Range Rover Sport from a private seller, but I've heard too many horror stories about air suspension failures and timing chain issues on these 5.0 engines to go in without a proper inspection. A friend sent me a link to https://prepurchasecarinspection.ae/brands/range-rover/ and said they specialize in British cars, but I can't tell if they're actually any good or just another generic service. Has anyone here used them or a similar pre purchase inspection service for a Range Rover in Dubai or Sharjah? I need someone who'll put it on a lift, scan for hidden fault codes, check for coolant leaks, and test the air suspension properly. I don't mind paying for a thorough report, I just want to avoid buying someone else's expensive problem. Any honest recommendations would be hugely appreciated.

Air suspension and timing chain issues on the 5.0 Sport are well documented. A pre purchase inspection that specifically tests suspension height calibration and checks for coolant contamination is not optional on this generation.

Hidden fault codes on a used Range Rover Sport are extremely common because sellers clear them before listing. A proper scan with Land Rover specific software will catch anything that has been wiped recently.

Put it on a lift and check the underside for oil leaks around the transfer case and differential seals too. Those get overlooked on standard inspections but are expensive surprises on high mileage Sports.
