I’ve spent the last two years developing a specialized logistics app for independent truckers in Ontario, and we are finally at the stage where we need to secure our intellectual property.

My cousin, who works in finance, keeps telling me that I shouldn't cut corners and should instead seek out the top legal professionals in Canada to handle our patent filings and series A contracts.

I’m a bit worried about the high hourly rates, but I also don't want a small mistake to ruin everything we’ve built. Does anyone have experience working with these top legal professionals in Canada?
