Taking short mental breaks can make a big difference, and I’ve found that mixing simple activities with light gaming helps a lot. Along with quick apps like Mr Flip, I sometimes switch to head soccer unblocked for a fast Play now, stress-free reset. It’s just enough fun to clear my mind without pulling me away from the day for too long.
